As wrongly believed by many people, Aosta Valley typical spirits genepi does not come from juniper, but from the little plants it is named after, reaped on uncontaminated glacial moraines, where the water still flowws pure and crystal clear.
To keep the properties of these rare plants intact, our company has been strictly following the traditional recipe for almost fifty years, waiting for the right time to enjoy this spirits after a long ageing period, and obtaining in this way a product with precious aromatic, digestive essences.
