The Chardonnay is one of the international vines which have best adapted to the climatic conditions of the Valle d'Aosta, where it is used for the production of fresh and fruity new wines but, in case of late harvest, allows to obtain complex and structured wines to let ferment and age in barrique.
This Chardonnay is bright and deep straw-like yellow, scent of good aromatic intensity, fruity and characteristic and full taste, warm and mature.
For its versatility it can be used to accompany the whole meal since it goes well both with simple courses and more complex dishes.
It must be served at a temperature between 8° and 10°.
