A traditional dish from the Aosta Valley's kitchen, rich of taste and flavour
Doses: for 4 peoples
Time for preparation: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
100g "Bertolin" Coppa with juniper
50g "Bertolin" Arnad Lard
50g chestnuts
2 tbsp honey
50g butter.
Preparation:
In a non-stick frying pan melt the butter and then mix in the honey. Add the chestnuts and cook for about ten minutes. Cut thin slices of "Bertolin" Coppa with juniper and slightly thicker ones of "Bertolin" Arnad lard. Arrange the slices on a plate, leaving a space for the piping hot chestnuts in butter and honey.
