The fermentation of whole bilberries, with the addition of selected acetic bacteria and the absolute absence of colouring agents, preservatives and chemical additives are the secrets of this bilberry vinegar which keeps intact the characteristics and properties of the fruit.
Bilberries, the most wide-spread wild berries in the Alps, contain several organic acids invigorating the digestive system, vitamins A, C and, in a lower quantity, the vitamin of the B group; they also have refreshing and antiseptic properties.
Possible sedimentations are the evidence of the product’s genuineness.
