The blueberry jam “biobontà” is a sweet idea for those who wants to be delighted all year long by the tastiness of blueberries coming from the plants grown according to the methods of the organic farming.

The preparation is dense and soft and can be tasted in many ways; to garnish ice creams, tarts, or to spread on some slices of bread for breakfast.

This jam is made for 70% of fruit. It is produced without adding any sugar and sweetened only with apple and grape juice.   

These shrubs generates fruits of sourish  taste rich in vitamins A E C and they are often used to raise the visual capacity during the night.
The fresh berries can be dried up at the sun or in some special ovens and then put back into paper bags, after that they have to be preserved in a dry and aired  place.

Ingredients: blueberries* 70%, apple concentrate*, grape concentrate*, gelatine, pectin, acidity corrector: citric acid
