Aromatic mountain herbs flavour this ham giving it an unusual and unique taste.
The uncooked ham with mountain herbs of Saint Marcel is produced following specific procedures.
Working, inspired by the technique applied by seasoners from Langhirano, is carried out with some changes in the production process: different times as regards salting, addition of a mix of aromatic mountain herbs and seasoning in a natural place with dry airy climate.
This ham is sold whole for a weight of approx. 6 kg or else a half for a weight of approx. 4 kg.
