
“Buon Frutto” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an extra virgin oilve oil extracted from cold-pressed olives, mainly Taggiasche ones, picked when they are not fully ripened yet, before the harvest time. It is an Oil with the H.S. (High Standard), the first certification of quality for extra virgin olive oils in the world, which is a guarantee of a higher quality of the products, if compared with the standards of law, as for gastronomic, nutritional and health values.
Numbered stickers, entered in a special packaging register, are stuck on the bottles, as a proof of checking.
It is noted for its high nutritional characteristics and remarkable antioxidant value. It looks opaque, it smells as a fresh fruit and has got a smooth taste and it is slightly fruity.
When raw it is excellent on vegetable soups or on meat. It is suitable to cook any kind of meat.
