An unusual vegetable, green small tomatoes stuffed with tuna and anchovy for this tempting appetizer prepared according to a traditional recipe from the Mediterranean cooking.
They are produced by a small artisan concern, mainly run by family staff, without using preservatives, colouring agents or chemical additives, and revealing, in an unequivocal way, all their love towards the land and its products.
Prepared using small green tomatoes found in the Calabrian territory and carefully selected, are just perfect to be served as an appetizer or for quick snacks.
Ingredients: olive oil, green tomatoes 34%, tuna 20%, anchovies 3%, extra-virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, garlic, parsley, oregano, mint and... nothing else.
