This salted down haunch of pork, produced in the Valley of Great St. Bernard, on the border between Italy and Switzerland, is made particularly fragrant and tasty thanks to the addition of mount herbs and it is seasoned on a bed of hay proceeding from mountain pasture for a period of 4 to 5 months.
If sliced finely, it is perfect to be served as an appetizer or else to prepare a quick snack rich in taste.
Ingredients: Haunch of pork, salt, natural flavourings, spices.
