Cyprus Sea Salt Flakes

Delicate flakes of sea salt of pyramidal shape, produceded according to the traditional method of mediterranen sea, with no artificial addition.

It has a natural shining white colour, with a fresh and sweet taste without that bitter flavour typical of the common salts.

Its particular structure let it to dissolve immediately as it touches food and its intense sapidity permits a moderate use.
