The first-rate grattacul (as from the Aosta Valley dialect) jam is a sourish jam of wilde rose.
The first-rate grattacul jam is made by the fake fruits of the wilde rose, a perennial plant growing at an altitude up to 1300m.
The red fruits are rich in vitamin C and, emptied of their internal seeds, following an old recipe, bring us a special, delicious taste.
Made by using 110g fruit every 100g ended product, the first-rate grattacul jam is made from highly selected fruit, with a very small quantity of sugar and without any preservatives or dyes.
