The first-rate plum jam is made from highly selected fruit, with a very small quantity of sugar and without any preservatives or dyes, with the aim of offering a great jam with a characteristic and natural savour.
A concentration of 125g plums every 100g ended product and a very small quantity of sugar make it particularly suitable for a nice awakening.
It is advisable to taste it on a slice of toasted and slightly buttered bread.
