The first-rate redcurrant jam keeps intact the slightly sourish flavour which is typical of the fruit.
The first-rate redcurrant jam is made from the juicy, sourish pulp of the round berries of the cluster fruit.
The harvest of the fruit takes place during the summer. This jam is made by using 105g fruit every 100g ended product, with a very small quantity of sugar and without any preservatives or dyes.
