The first-rate rennet apple jam is made from a black-stained variety of yellow apples.
The first-rate rennet apple jam is made by using 100g fruit every 100g ended product, with a very small quantity of sugar and without any preservatives or dyes.
This rusty-skinned variety of apples adds to the jam a slightly acidulous, aromatic taste.
Made according to an ancient recipe, the first-rate rennet apple jam is also particularly suitable to make delicious pies.
