The kre'u Monica of Sardinia D.O.C. is a high-level wine produced by an autochthonous Sardinian vine, called Monica, the most widespread one in this region, integrated with Sardinian Bovale, Cannaiolo and Pascale.
Deep ruby-coloured, it has a wide, winy, soft and convincing fragrance, with gradations recalling the Malaga, and a balanced taste, warm and velvet-like, with a wide and rich bouquet framed by light scents of sessile oak.
Perfect to match with roast game, red and cured meats and hard cheeses.
