The Murray River is the longest river of Australia. From the salt water
of an underground basin of its, after having rest for thousands years,
almost impalpable and absolutely pure, these flakes of salt originate,
without any trace of chemical or polluted substances.
The
little flakes of a soft apricot colour have a delicate tasta and are
indicadet for all the roasts and food that need to be baked. For its
tipical colour, it is employed by cooks for the garnishment of high
cookery dishes.
