Organic Acacia Honey
The organic honey with Acacia is very sophisticated for its delicate and non sickly taste; it is excellent for sweetening without changing the taste and flavour. It does not muddy the infusion.
For its sweetness it is the honey for table preferred also by children.
It can be used for sweeten neo babies meals. It is highly suggested without excess in case of slight diabetic, because it is rich in fructose. It is an excellent antiseptic with balsamic effect on the respiratory tracts.
COLOUR: water white
SMELL: light, non persistent; it reminds the smell of flowers
FLAVOUR: light, delicate; it reminds the sweetness of ripped fruit.
CRISTALLIZATION: very delayed, even after two years, with the formation of a white paste, firm but not hard.
