The orange honey has a clear colour and a delicate taste: it is an antispasmodic and a sedative, to be used from nervous and anxious people, and in case of migraine, insomnia, palpitation.
COLOUR: slightly amber-coloured.
SMELL: slight.
FLAVOUR: pleasant.
CONSISTENCY: oily.
CRISTALLIZATION: very slow; it begins from the bottom of the container and reaches the surface after a long time with the formation of a non compact masse with medium and small crystals.
