This tea with precious purification qualities is harvested in June so to preserve the flavour of the tender and delicate green leaves.
The small leaves hand-picked from the tree are submitted to a hot stabilization process to remain green and to avoid fermentation; then they are selected, winnowed and desiccated.

Its peculiar properties make this product unique and the organic cultivation increases its integrity.
The green tea contains C vitamin (3-4 cups of green tea have more C Vitamin than an apple). It is thought to be an excellent general toning up for the body, useful both in hard moments and in relax moments.

To enjoy its flavour and perfume, let a filter in infusion for 5 minutes in boiling water.
