From the Zibibbo vine is obtained a grape with the same name. After its ageing it is harvest and the must obtained, after a long fermentation, is left to settle in some oaken casks.
This way the Moscato takes a golden colour with amber hints, a sweet and aromatic taste which makes it an excellent product.
Among its intense and persistent smells, there are some clear scents of apricot, honey and dried fig.
It is excellent with sweets, jam tarts and marbled cheeses.
It is a great wine especially to celebrate some memorable occasions.
