The penne rigate are made of wholemeal semolina, obtained from durum wheat BIO, improved through the macination process realised with a millstone: with this procedure the grain loses only the outer layer, thus the bran and the wheat germ remain intact, providing fibre and nourishment.  

A careful selection of the best wheats allow us to obtain this unique product.

In order to enjoy their taste, cook the penne in salted water for 8 minutes, strain and serve them with any sauce you like.
