Product guarantees and returns
It is very important to us to offer our customers products of the highest quality found among the best Italian specialties.
All of the products sold by Italian Food Directare guaranteed. If any defects or quality problems are noted please contact our customer service within 10 days of delivery.
If return or replacement becomes necessary, it will at the discretion of La Buona Italia to replace, substitute with an equivalent product, or reimburse the amount paid with no extra charge to the customer.
All of our clients can exercise their right to return merchandise without any penalty as stated in Article No. 5 of the Legislative Decree of 22 May, 1999 No. 185. The intension to return a product must be reported by fax or e-mail within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. (in case of e-mail, a registered letter must follow within 48 hours of the e-mail)
The right of product return is applicable only to those goods that qualify for reshipment. Some products by their nature cannot be reshipped. Products will be reshipped within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Upon verification of the above conditions, Italian Food Direct will reimburse the amount paid for the product, (shipping charge not included) within 30 days from the time we receive notification of your intension to return the product.
