Raspberry vinegar
A non-pasteurized raspberry vinegar, without colouring agents, preservatives or chemical additives, produced from fruits picked at the right ripening time and carefully selected by a farming concern situated at 1,300 m above sea level in the heart of the mountains of the Valle d’Aosta.
Added to water, it is an excellent refreshing soft drink providing minerals and specially suitable to give taste to your salads, to flavour white meats and give an unusual touch to strawberries.
Possible sedimentations would be the evidence of the actual genuineness of the product.
