Rennet apple sauce can be a good accompaniment to meat and cheese.
The rennet apple sauce is made from a rusty-skinned, slightly acidulous variety of apples.
It is made from highly selected fruits and natural ingredients, without any preservatives or dyes. It is ideal as an accompaniment, not only to boiled meat, roast veal and roast pork, but also to Aosta Valley cheese, such as Fontina and Gressoney Toma, medium-fat mountain toma, goat’s-milk cheese, ewe’s-milk fresh and medium mature cheese.
