
This spaghetti of a unique flavour are produced by using only Kamut flour, coming from the organic farming.
The Kamut is an ancient cereal, grown in Mesopotamia and in Egypt more than 5000 years ago. After being forgotten for a long period of time, it has been rediscovered and is regaining an important role in today’s nutrition.
It has a very big grain, two or three times bigger than the normal wheat grain, it is very rich in protein. Besides, it contains selenium which reduces the development of free radicals, major cause of heart diseases.
