It is a classical sauce prepared with extra-virgin olive oil, purée and pulp of tomato flavoured with hot pepper, garlic and parsley.
After seasoning the pasta with this sauce, we suggest to decorate this dish with whole or finely cut hot peppers, and to sprinkle the single portions with them.
Ingredients: Tomato 70%, hot pepper 10%, extra-virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, salt, sugar, garlic.
