The saouseussa valdotena is a typical sausage from the Valle d’Aosta, produced with beef and pork and flavoured with spices.
Particularly suitable for the preparation of simple country appetizers and quick snacks. It is traditionally served cut into pieces and it is excellent in order to match with rye bread or slices of fuming polenta (maize porridge).
Ingredients: Pork, beef, powdered skimmed milk, salt, dextrose, saccharose, spices, flavourings, antioxidant, sodium ascorbate, preservatives, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate.
