The Muller Thurgau produced in Chambave is straw yellow coloured and it has a bright limpidity.
The smells of this wine are always intense and persistent, floral, white flowers, fruity. It is possible to recognise the smell of “Golden delicious” apple, banana but especially the smell of pineapple.
The olfactory structure is particularly refined. The taste of the wine is dry and well balanced.
The Muller Thurgau is excellent as aperitif and combined with delicate and fragrant foods, especially those made with herbs having a pleasant intense smell.
