This wine of a colour ranging from white-paper to straw yellow with greenish hints is produced in the whole region of Sardinia, by using grapes form the “Vermentino” vine. It has a subtle smell, pleasant and delicate, with a dry taste and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
It is excellent tasted with fish, it is also recommended as aperitif.

Taste: fresh, acidulous, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Dry.
